Our company is able to supply turnkey moulds for forming products in refractory material.
Starting from the product drawing, we are able to design the mould and give useful indications for the optimisation of the pressing cycles. We are also able to make moulds and mould holders for plastic injection. We have a great deal of experience in machining carbide, both as a wear part in moulds and as the production of customised parts.
The project aims to improve and implement the company’s production capacity, computerisation with a view to Industry 4.0 and healthy working environments through investments in capital goods and sustainable investments. The machine tool for pallet replacement and the CNC-controlled flat and profile grinding machine will allow the company to increase working hours in unmanned mode and to have a punctual and efficient response through the Industry 4.0 management software in order to instantly monitor the functionality of the machines. The suction system, which is also connected to the Industry 4.0 company network, will provide a healthier working environment and at the same time monitor emissions into the atmosphere, while also allowing energy savings to be made with a view to the company’s increasingly green impact.
